I worked at inn crystal glass Gmbh from Feb. 2003 until beginning of June 2007, the company went bankcrupt and was overtaken by a german company.

When they employed me, I started as programmer, then the head of IT also was fired and I became head of IT (2004). For a little while I was the only guy working in IT department.

We made several projects like introducing Citrix Metaframe, upgraded to Windows 2003, introduced Microsoft Exchange; on the other hand we also introduced a content management system for administration of our websites (Zope/Plone).

• Network administration: Set up company firewall/VPN for external stock and agent in USA
• Administrated and programmed on iSeries (AS/400)
• Windows administration: About 80 PCs and terminals (CAD workstations, SPSS, end user workstations)
• Maintenance/administration of ERP-system (INFOR AS), accounting and HR-software
• Creation of reports for planning, sales, … using FoxPro (which was the “BI-Tool” when I joined the company)
